After the initial rejection of the round timber, it is sawn into uncut 22 mm thick boards. After that, the material is checked for defects and, if found, is discarded. Then, using the machine for trimming the edge, the workpiece is given the required overall dimensions. The length is 1200 mm and the width can be 145 or 100 mm. Wide boards will be located at the edges of the structure, and narrow - between them.
The final stage of preparation is to dry the blanks in a special chamber and cover them with a phytosanitary composition. They should be stored indoors, since direct exposure to sunlight and atmospheric moisture can cause a change in the operational parameters of the product.
Manufacturing process
Machines for the production of pallets are divided by the complexity of the work: automatic and semi-automatic.The latter are widely used because of their affordable cost and optimal performance - 1.5 pallets per hour.
They are a frame structure with mounting sites on which workpieces are installed. Using a pneumatic nailing gun, elements of a future design are fastened together. First, the construction racks are made, the upper part of the pallet is the platform. Then, after installation on the frame, they are attached to each other. The corner edges are trimmed with a two-headed saw. This completes the production of the pallet.
