The student hostel in its format and living conditions is very similar to the hostel for workers. Only students of one educational institution are populated into it, in accordance with the order. There are also employers who take care of housing for their employees. As for students, for state employees the payment should not exceed five percent of the scholarship. For other nonresident students, the amount of payment is established on the basis of the order of the rector.
