Registration at the place of residence or temporary stay is a mandatory rule for every person who is in the territory of the Russian Federation for a long time, regardless of whether the person is a citizen or a guest of the country. 2. 3. Together with all forms of consent and application, such documents for registration will be needed:

- for those who register: passport, check-out sheet, if an extract was issued, a ticket from the military registration and enlistment office or registered (for persons liable for military service).

Features of registration in a municipal apartment
In accordance with the Housing Code, tenants have the full right to bring other people into their housing, however, if a person who is not a close relative is registered (registered), permission from the Municipality (Property Management Department) is required. - After verification, the documents are returned to the owners; for registration, only a passport is left in the passport office, which can be collected in 7 days.
Registration of persons without their presence
The law provides that without a personal presence it is impossible to register and write out anyone. But what if you should register a sick or old person who cannot independently appear at the passport office? A residence permit in this case can be made by proxy certified by a notary. In this case, a notary public employee can be called to the house.
Here, all the owners or employers of consent to the registration of another person will be taken. If a sick or elderly prescriber cannot write a statement in person, he is invited to apply for it, which can be any acquaintance or neighbor, the main thing is that he be adequate and represent an uninterested party. All forms of applications will be provided by a notary public and will certify them after filling out.
