Main steps
First you need to determine the planned volume of products. Equipment necessary for the release of structures:
- Cutting machine. CNC single-head or two-headed saw.

Cutting and welding

The correct choice of equipment for the production of plastic windows during this operation will determine the shift volume of products. Before cutting, the temperature of the profile must be at least + 18 ° C. To reduce% of waste, a cut calculation is performed for each batch of workpieces. Previously, a reinforcing steel profile is installed in each workpiece and technological holes are made using a copying machine. Steel profile cutting is carried out using a special circular saw. The profiles are connected to each other by temperature diffusion. The end surface of the workpiece is heated to the optimum value - about 240 ° C. This can be done manually (narrow chisel) or on a special machine.
Hardware Installation
The welded structure is moved to the fitting table. Usually it is equipped with pneumatic screwdrivers that operate from a compressor unit. Materials for the production of plastic windows must include fittings. They are necessary to ensure the functioning of the sash structures.

Glazing
The most important stage of the entire production process. It will require a table or a special vertical stand. It is a frame structure on which a window frame is mounted using hydraulic clamps. This is not a mandatory equipment for the production of windows, and at the stage of establishing a business, you can do without it.
Fastening of double-glazed windows is carried out using PVC glazing beads. They are pre-cut at an angle of 45 °, and then installed in the mounting grooves of the profile. Double-glazed windows can be ordered from contractors, providing them with information about the required dimensions and configuration of the product.
At the same time, the operability of the fittings is checked, the quality of the welding of the corners is checked. The main regulatory documents in this case are SNiPs and technical documentation of component suppliers about possible errors.
