People often have to change something in their life. If we talk about work, then the question may concern another company or a new position. In this case, the employer himself must comply with the established procedure, which provides for the publication of certain documents. One of them is the "Order on transfer to another position." A sample of its preparation should be considered more carefully.
Documenting
There are many reasons that can make a person switch to another job. But it’s not necessary to quit and leave for another enterprise. You can simply change the position. True, for such a step, serious reasons are needed. Take, for example, situations where:

In a unified form, it remains only in order to fill in the following columns:
- Name of company.
- Number and date of preparation of the document.
- Date of transfer. The “by” column is indicated only when the employee will perform new duties temporarily.
- Personnel number and F. I. O. employee.
- Type of transfer (temporarily or permanently)
- Data on the former and new place of work.
- The reason for the transfer.
- Salary information.
- Grounds (employee statement, changes to the employment contract, memorandum).
The order is signed by the director of the enterprise, and the employee must be familiar with it.
Simplified version
Some experts believe that uniform forms are difficult to understand. But no one obliges them to use. You can print the “Order on transfer to another position” in the usual way. The sample fill in this case will remain the same. Just now all the information will be presented in a narrative form.
The document is executed on a special form. All the main details on it are already available. Then indicate the number, date and place of publication of such an order. After that comes the main text. It begins with an introductory part, which sets out the facts that led to the very idea of translation. After the word “I order”, the ascertaining part begins. It specifically describes who, how, and to which position will be transferred. Here it is necessary to make a note that this procedure is carried out “with the consent of the employee”. After that, the amount of payment and possible actions that the employee needs to perform before he can begin to perform his new duties are specified.
In principle, the essence of the document remains the same. Only the form and way of perception changes.
