The driver, who has the corresponding military specialty recorded on the military card, ensures the mobility of the troops and their timely movement, which includes the movement of both personnel and necessary equipment.
In a “citizen”, a soldier with this specialization has the right to perform the functions of the following professionals: a car driver and a technician who uses equipment in various niches of heavy industry.

A special military registration code in a military card reflects the specific nature of the conditions in which military personnel have to function. Positions in this category involve solving especially important and dangerous tasks that require not only special knowledge, but also appropriate training.
Special forces exist in all branches of the armed forces: airborne, marines, reconnaissance, and radiation and chemical defense troops.
For those discharged to the reserve who have a military specialty, the list of civilian professions is as follows: explosive, diver, lifeguard, fire brigade instructor, parachute instructor, gas rescuer and others.
According to the code designations, the following VUSs exist:
- 107654 - reconnaissance diver, special forces reconnaissance unit;

Military registration specialties of Ukraine
The VUS of the Ukrainian troops almost completely coincides with the Russian, since they were borrowed from the list of the VUS of the USSR at one time.
In the decree of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine dated 12.12.2013 No. 860, only the list of posts that correspond to the specialization of military training is noted:
