- Your old, expired passport. After submitting the application, it will be withdrawn from you, and you will be issued with a temporary identity card or a certificate confirming that your civil passport has been handed over for renewal.

In addition, a new passport may be refused due to the submission of an incomplete set of documents or if the attached photos do not meet the requirements put forward.
Getting a passport
Having received the necessary documents from you, the FMS staff will notify you of the date of the next visit to the department, when the passport will be replaced. At 45, you will be issued a new document. If you are applying to the migration service at the place of registration, then this period should not exceed 10 calendar days. In the case of filing an application at a place of stay other than the place of your registration, the period for consideration of the application and the issuance of a new form may be delayed for a period of up to 2 months.
