Legal issues

All information that the employer company will receive about its applicants cannot be divulged, published or used for any purpose. This moment is strictly controlled by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The private life of a person is inviolable. When filling out the questionnaire, the applicant has the right to indicate to the employer that he does not have the right to collect and process personal data. An exception is if the data obtained is related to the issue of employment.
That is, the head of the enterprise does not have the right to require the applicant to indicate in the questionnaire his religious, political convictions, information about whether he is a member of a club or other association. Otherwise, the employer may be held accountable by law.
