But even with such power on a pneumatic gun do you need permission to wear? The answer is clear: for the sale of such weapons, the store must have a special license-permit, the buyer is not required to have permission to carry or store pneumatics.

Pistols from 7.5 to 25 J are already considered weapons for hunting and shooting sports. Such a muzzle can cause injuries, because it is used for hunting small animals and birds. How to get permission for such a gun and where it is issued
The procedure for obtaining a license is not so complicated, but you need to collect some documents so that you can buy an air gun. Permission (Russia) to store and carry pneumatic guns is issued at the local branch of the police at the place of residence.

- If weapons are necessary for hunting, then provide hunting ticket and his photocopy. To purchase a sports pneumatic gun, you need a sports passport or any document that proves that a person is considered a sports organization that requires the use of sports pneumatic weapons. You will also need the application of the All-Russian accredited sports organization, which indicates the sport that a person is involved in.
- For those who receive a license for the first time, you need to bring a document on special training and verification of their knowledge and rules for handling weapons. But such a document is needed only for those who receive a license for the first time.
Why may not give a license
There are times when a license to carry and store powerful pneumatic weapons is not given. This happens when a person has not reached the age of majority. If he does not pass the proper medical examination, they will not be given permission.

Can a license permit be reset?

Permission for a pistol (or other type of weapon) can be canceled if there are any changes in the relevant law or the hunting ticket (for hunters) is expired.
